SwiftBrains offers a range of services, which fall into 4 main categories:
1. IT Training Courses - At the client’s site
All of our courses can be provided at the client’s site, tailored to their specification, at no extra cost. The client provides a training room with PC’s and a technical contact, we take care of the rest.
2. IT Training Courses - At third-party venues
Many of our courses can be run off-site, if the client cannot provide suitable training rooms or equipment. Please contact us for details.
3. Bespoke Training Course Development
Many companies use us to develop IT Training courses from scratch. This service may be required when the client is using ‘one-off’ software or is dissatisfied with currently available training for that product. Please contact us if you have such a requirement.
4. Consultancy
All of our Trainers come from a real Applications Development background and all are responsible for developing and updating our training materials and manuals. We are able to offer long or short-term consultancy in any of the fields that we provide training for. Please contact us for further details.
The Future
We have experienced very good feedback from every course that we have presented and we would welcome our training being made available to a wider audience. With this in mind we are keen (and able) to offer Scheduled IT Training courses at venues throughout India. | Will you train 1 delegate at the client’s site? | Yes, all of our courses can be run for 1 to 10 delegates. | | Is the price the same for 1 delegate as it would be for 10? | No we have a sliding scale of charges with prices for 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 or 6 to 10 delegates (please refer to our prices page). | | Will we be charged expenses on top of the course price? | No, all expenses are included in the price, if the course is presented within NCR. For courses presented outside NCR, actual expenses are charged. | | What is included in the course price? | The course price includes: All course documentation, any set-up required, tailoring the course, the tutor and all expenses (NCR region only). | | We would like a course tailored to the way we use a particular a product, is there an extra charge for this? | No, we will tailor a course to the client’s requirements, at no extra charge. | | Can you develop training courses from scratch? | Yes, we have developed training courses for many companies, who may have a product for which training is not generally available or suitable for them. We evaluate each of these requests as they arise, we would normally spend some time at the client’s site looking at the product and the way they use it to determine whether it is possible or feasible for us to develop training for them. | | Do you buy-in course materials and trainers? | No, all of our training courses are written in-house and presented by our own employees. | | Are your courses simply ‘chalk and talk’ with very little hands-on? | No, all of our courses are very much hands-on with many exercises and programming practicals. | |
